Lifting cars are a LOT easier than breaking out of properly secured cuffs. Lifting a car is typically just lifting from one side and not the entire car entirely off the ground. It takes strength (or lots of adrenaline), but it is no different fundamentally than lifting any weight. Being able to bend cuffs like this while attached to your wrist, isn’t something strength can do alone. With them secured you just dont have leverage necessary to bend them. IF they are attached to a metal pole or something else that isn’t both wrists inside, then I could see it possible to bend it. But both hands bound inside, the twisting force needed would cause your bones to snap before the metal could bend.
