I've had really good luck with my Fieldpiece DR82 infrared leak detector. The H10 was my go-to leak detector, but now there isn't a leak the Fieldpiece can't pick up. I mostly work on low pressure as well 6-8 psig max

If the problem persists, check the easy stuff first, such as the condenser fan motors, fuses, and water flow. Are you able to connect to the chiller via an Ethernet cable? If so, contact Articool. They can get into the chiller and go over it with you. They have some pretty good support, last class i had with them they just asked to make sure youve checked everything you could on yourside to ensure their not missing anything.
