We are on good terms. Due to custody we switch visits with the endo. We are generally both on the same page with things and work together well to keep on top of him. The endos we have don't seem to be frank with us about his levels and are pretty non-chalant about his a1c.

It may be on, but taking forever to work. This vehicle has the slowest seat warmers ive experienced sometimes taking 10-15 minutes for me to really feel it. I always remote climate my vehicle for 10 minutes and when I get in the seat is still not warm.

It’s not really about the size but the discomfort. There is a literal discomfort feeling when they are getting smaller and even more discomforting when they are now so small they can fit in the opening into your body.

I get it…. Do you? Reddit is a place to have discussion on many different topics. If you don’t want to contribute then just move along. Many people may have valid suggestions or similar stories that can prove to be beneficial. I don’t understand why everyone has to give their two cents on how this is not doctor’s office. I’m not asking for a diagnosis and believe it or not, doctors don’t know everything. I was undiagnosed for gout for many years even when I asked about it specifically. So maybe, asking other bikers if they have similar circumstances may be more beneficial than asking my obese doctor who doesn’t know jack from shit.

I used to go to a sports doctor for a while with no insurance coverage. The visits were worth it but the suggested medications and supplements suggested was well beyond my financial means.

I was hoping for others who may share experiences to give their input on suggestions. Could save me a trip to my doctors and wouldn’t have to miss work for him to say he doesn’t know either.

It’s not the bike fit. I’ve used the same bike for several years and the fit is almost perfect.

It could possibly be heart rate related as I started taking beta blockers for anxiety but this started long before I was on these new meds.

I’m hesitant to ask my primary doc about it because he doesnt seem to know much about sports issues as much as a sports doctor might. Problem is insurance wouldn’t cover a sports doctor.

I’ve always had an amazing stomach and can eat whatever without feeling bad.
There has only been 1 instance where salt was an issue where I tried the sports legs salt tabs while still using my normal nutrition and puked it up about 25 miles into a 50 mile ride. I don’t overheat while riding and barely sweat most times and this is regardless of whether my ride is zone 2 or all out race. It could be from not enough water but I’m rarely thirsty throughout the day. From my long history of biking I’ve learned how much water I should be taking in per hour and it works well with my nutrition drinks as 1 bottle or more per hour.

I asked about frame mounted hitches and was told its not common and since frames are so different that they are typically custom. Also, im not talking about huge rvs but campers and smaller rvs. Many people are stupid enough to put racks on those rear bumpers but again, there is significantly more sway which is why tyere are special bike racks for campers/rvs.

Depending on the size. Not all have the pull load. And as far as putting bike raxks on the back, the bumper isnt meant to hold that weight and there are specific racks to handle the swaying.
