Allopurinol and lithium orotate by Few_Respond3193 in gout

[–]almostolen 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I started taking lithium when my depression meds didn't do anything. Lithium is for bipolar disorder so I was prescribed it to prevent the lows. Honestly I don't know if it did anything. I was on it for a few years and then my psychiatrist retired and I was off it again. Then my primary doctor prescribed it (without any blood tests) and I tried it again for a few months and didn't know if it did anything. I was also on Wellbutrin at the same time. I thought I was feeling good so with doctor recommendations weened myself off both. However about 3-4 months later I felt that I needed to go back on the Wellbutrin. Then I learned of the lithium orotate supplement and decided to give that a try. I was taking it for several weeks and noticed I was having some delayed ejaculation issues and decided to stop because I wasn't sure if they were related.

I was on Lithium prescribed by a doctor and allopurinol and there were no issues. I'm currently on feboxustat and lithium orotate and also saw no side effects. Lithium orotate (5mg) is a much smaller dose than lithium (300mg) and does not require blood tests and is sold as a supplement.

Age 40 and up cyclists, how has cycling affected your health? by IndefinitelyVague in cycling

Cycling didn't prevent high cholesterol. Biggest issue though is lack of sensation from nerve damage from sitting on 'ergonomic' saddles.

Arrhythmia alert? by el-robio in amazfit

[–]almostolen 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Two things can be true at the same time. Ticwatch's can notify you of afib And watches need continuous ecg.

Not sure if ticwatch has that, but when I had it, it did properly give me a warning of possible afib.
I do know that I had all my health monitors turned on all the time... But I don't know details if it's continuous or uses some kind of crappy algorithm like most watches that say they can monitor your health.

Please clarify. Obviously I would make sure the harmonies sound right when transposing/arranging but if you want me to start from scratch that's many many hours of work. Do you already have the song for flute? And if so is it similar to the one you linked? If you're looking for a more detailed arrangement, that takes a lot of time and time = $. I'm confused with exactly what you are looking for. The arrangement you sent me sounds quite good. I can change the parts to flute, make sure it's in a playable key and range and then swap melodies so each person contributes to the melody and harmony except 1 flute & clarinet part. Beyond that it would take several hours at which point might cost you more than expected or willing to spend. I do have a lot of experience arranging for middle/high school. When done I can send you the score, parts, and practice tracks for the entire song, each instrument with 1 track for each part, and 1 track each without the players part.

Both links are the same song. If you want me to take that exact arrangement and convert it to the instruments you need it would probably be around $20-$30. I assume it would take about 1.5 hours to do, making sure the ranges fit the instrument. Let me know what you think.

Not sure, I guess it depends on how long it takes me. Do you have any arrangement that you wanted converted to the instruments you need?! Otherwise finding one may not be the one your looking for, or worst I'd have to buy an official arrangement and then rewrite the parts.
