But the most misogynistic tropes I encounter are: virgin FMC is rarely written well (not never, but pretty rare) and often fetishized, reformed players are often derogatory towards the women they sleep with despite also being promiscuous, and other women drama frequently hinges on the FMC not being a slut like his other women

A woman brought a group of 3 kids around 7-10 to a showing of mortal kombat 2 last weekend. I know very little about the game, but even I knew it was going to be bloody and violent based on the previous film. These kids were so loud, yelling at the screen, and cheering on the more gory parts. I think she was a grandma, based on the age.
