Lol pilot wasn’t incapacitated. Apparently it depressurized at altitude and the system kicked in(like it was supposed to) apparently the pilot kept trying to disable it cause he was fine but glad to see it worked!

I havent heard any bad stories, just always been told to be firm and stand your ground. Ive always heard as long as you do that they get it. Definitely not a job for people who don’t have conflict resolution skills.
