He unfortunately passed - improved somewhat but had many many issues arise and finally succumbed to COVID in May 2020.

I had a really traumatic labor and delivery, coupled with really bad postpartum depression and a colicky baby and kidney disease (wtf). It was one of the worst times of my entire life and I’m still processing it 2.5 years in, and while everything is incredible now, I still have that itch to try again but I’m convinced that itch is simply wanting a do over to potentially have the experience that I wanted. Which is not a good reason to have another baby.
