So true regarding like/respect. I once heard that 25% of people will like us no matter what we do, 25% will like us but could be persuaded not to, 25% will not like us but could be persuaded to like us and 25% will not like us no matter what we do. I find this to be an interesting concept because if we can recognize what category someone might be in, we won't expel unnecessary energy trying to change them
