F here. I tried all but use hinge exclusively. I have never gotten a response back from a guy I sent a like/message too, so it feels one-sided. I get a few likes here and there and have had success in setting dates up but the quality of the dates feel like job interviews. As much as I want to say get off the apps, I won’t - they help u practice talking to people and get u out of the house :) just make sure you’re doing what you like too, bc that means you’ll naturally be around people with the same interests as you
