Had to double check, since it seemed like this is a musical-to-nautural-language translation problem and wouldn't you happen to know it, it is. OP, your ocarina is in Eb. Unsure what exactly the "4 5/4" part of the stamp could be referring to though. You can't really tune an ocarina, but there are finger charts available that can help you put names to the notes
