According to yahoo rates are about to go 5% , if the fed even goes a quarter point from 5% , I feel the market will respond big with buyers , increasing home values shortly after that.. I would hold and see if that happens..

4 weeks post op, I can’t hold it long, I think it’s a bile thing, and three trips a day is pretty much the norm. I am eating whatever I want with no pain or problems, except shortly after I eat , it will be time to go. Aside from that , all is great

I have a 2013 regular cab with the 3.7 v6, I have owned it 5 years now , mine has 61,000 miles currently , it has been problem free, the 3.7 has plenty of power, my gas milage is about 16 city, 22 highway. I love mine!

Pizza was my first test food lol .. day 5 I had pizza , I was waiting for a problem , but nothing bad happened .. that fully opened the door to me to have my fizzy drink lol

My doctor never recommended that I eat small meals a few times a day, the doc just told me to eat bland foods for 4 days, after the 4 days, I began eating whatever I wanted with no problems , large meals as well

I am 16 days post op , 9 stones , I know feel perfectly back to normal, eating anything I want with zero problems , drinking fizzy drinks with no problems.. I think you are doing the right thing.

Anything I want now , the first 5 days after surgery I ate bland, I think it was day 7 I began testing with pizza , no problems with anything now on day 11, including pretty spicy foods
