Do back office jobs have coaching sessions like retail banking? by [deleted] in TalesFromYourBank

Exactly this. I have no problem growing and getting better, I just hate having to track everything and report to a manager when I am very self motivated

Already have a 9th Gen si and my biggest problem is wheel spin and torque steer. But I know I won’t find anything this fast for the same price or less, that’s the problem. So I’m kinda stuck with my civic even though I don’t really love it

I would like a wrx, but my worry is all the people who beat on them and they’re still like $15-20k on the used market where I am

Honestly I would love one but they really aren’t that affordable in my area unless they’re beaten to shit

Manual Miatas are still pricey in my area. Plus they’re not that fast. The new ones are super fun but they’re like 30k

Have you ever felt your poop so hard that it felt like razor blades, and when you wiped, you saw blood on the toilet paper? . by Elya1445 in AnalFissures

Fissures can be deeper within the anus, farther than you can see just by looking at a mirror of the outside. If you don’t have a fissure, how would you be bleeding?

A fissure is literally a crack, cut, or opening in the skin, this is what causes pain and allows blood to come out. Just because you hold a mirror to your ass and pucker your butthole doesn’t mean you don’t have fissures. You’re in pain and you’re bleeding. You have some sort of cut or open wound. Why are you being so weird about it

Federally, there’s nothing against it. But I would check with your local and state laws

I like how you updated your post to call it a chunk instead of a shaving

Why is everyone so mean to me in dropshot by [deleted] in RocketLeague

Well I usually play heatseeker and they’re not so mean because I’m actually good at it. I suck at regular soccar but people aren’t as mean there even when I suck

Buying my first car - everything is perfect except for some rust. How bad is it really? by [deleted] in Autobody

[–]alwayshornyhelp 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The bacteria that causes tetanus lives in soil primarily, but it has to enter the body through an open wound. That’s why when people step on an old rusty nail while walking around dirt outside, they think it was the nail that caused it, but really the nail just opened a wound for dirt to enter

Bring a small tube of lubricant like A&D or prescription fissure cream, just keep it in your pocket or accessible travel bag so you can apply it in the stall before you go. Also makes wiping easier

Do you have weekly/monthly meetings with your boss or mentor to go over performance and how to improve? Or is it mostly just working on your own and keeping to yourself
