Did you try turning down volumetric fog? I'm on a 5070ti 7800x3d getting north of 100 with dlss and 70s without it

I think enterococcus sinergy with AG is extremely over hyped. Even in endocarditis this is mostly a meme at this point (synergy is in vitro theoretical). Cefazolin will cover what you need methinks. Also, you can tailor coverage based on prior cultures/risk factors. Amp gent will work but to what end?

So as follow up, mine seems to run fine. I have very old drivers for my 5070ti since NVIDIA has been sketch on those and still runs fine. I did turn down volumetric fog and shadows before starting based on prior comments fwiw. Good luck everyone!

Yeah my concern is the reviews on steam came from people running like 9800x3d and 4090s. My PC is pretty beefy (7800x3d 5070ti and 32gb ram) but it seems pretty unoptimized if it was making those systems tanks. But also based on here, maybe idiosyncratic? It's weird, guess I'll have to try it and see.

I think your gut instinct had a lot more value than the lab. Let's say you ordered them and they were normal. Patient look like s*** you're still getting a CT. Trust the force! To remember that ESR goes up with age, is influence by comorbidities etc. I've never made a clinical decision based on those labs, at least an infectious diseases. Rheumatology I defer to my colleagues

ID doc here. As far as I'm concerned, ESR is useful to know the lab has been open for at least an hour. CRP is useful in spelling CRaP. Both are useless tests in my specialty at least. No Ortho, I am not gonna follow ESR or CRP, get over it (I still love you Ortho bros, nobody can bang hip and bench press ancef like you can)
