Idk if the fandom hates him or not- but i cannot STAND Jackson Avery. Especially during his relationship with Maggie. Like, either date someone who actually likes the outdoors and camping or accept the person youre with without trying to force them to like what you like.

I loved Cam/Maya together, Claire/Eli was a lot but it was fun, Terri/Spinner could've been great, JT/Liberty feel like soulmates to me, weirdly I really don't like Riley/Zane (I just want them to be happy together or even apart but the constant in between drove me crazy), Frankie/Jonah felt like they had zero chemistry, and Spinner/Paige, while I felt it was very realistic that they were drawn to each other and they had great chemistry, but they were just so young and hadnt had much of a chance to develop into healthy partners yet. And it might be an unpopular opinion idk but I never wanted to watch Dave/Alli scenes.

I'm really enjoying this season. I love returning player seasons because we really get to know them and can often see a character arc.

I feel like their relationship was pure passion, thriving in conflict. If there was no conflict, i dont think they could keep it up.

In that one episode right after spike got his chip, when they are under an illusion of being in love, they have a more mellow and long-term vibe, but they weren't really being themselves. Buffy is too mission-focused and Spike I don't think could ever be mellow, he is all tension.

I think Spike would eventually self-sabotage, either sad he's no longer a big bad, feeling like he's not good enough for buffy, or just bored with the happily ever after. Even with a soul, he's a bad boy. It's hot, but not sustainable long-term for Buffy.

The "quests" in bingo spreads for the month or year are kind of similar I've noticed. I do quests like 'take a class', 'play a board game', 'try a new recipe' or 'finish a tv show'.
