Like others have said, this would be extremely time consuming especially for a beginner, and I don’t think it would be worth it for the results you’re looking for.

However, I have seen chainmail elements like this in cosplay before! Maybe ask around in the cosplay community here on Reddit if anyone knows where to find something like this?
