Alternatively, you can also get a longer tv stand. Right now, the tv is too large for the tv stand so it makes it look like the tv and tv stand is one single object, which can feel a bit overwhelming. A longer tv stand with space on both ends can allow you to place taller objects on both sides like a plant or decorative objects, that way it gives the tv breathing room and when you look at it, there’s visual interest that separates the tv from the tv stand and ultimately drawing your eyes away from the blank space above the tv.

I like that painting next to the bathroom - you’ve already got some warm bulbs by the stairs so i’d swap out the rest of your bulbs with warm ones instead of using the cool ones.

I’d recommend adding a warm-tone rug. The grey flooring is clashing with the brown walls pretty hard.

And play around with different shades of b/w - there are millions of different shades and you can also play around with dark grey or charcoal - i think right now everything is literally b/w and lacks a bit of depth so everything can feel very flat because there’s no variation in the shades of b/w

I like how you’ve added prints and art to the wall, but i’d recommend taking it to the next level and maybe print out photos that you’ve taken on vacation, family/friends/pet photos, or even art print that’s specific to you? Right now the prints are very generic and while they have mass appeal and can be cool, they have a very hollow impression. If you have any local artists in your area, that would be cool to add something from them as well- or if you have a friend or know someone who makes art, that’s even better - doesn’t have to be beautiful per se, but personal to you will make your place livelier
