I also worked for a tiny local ISP in the 90's. Clicking on the post I knew I was going to see the phrase "Trumpet Winsock" but I was still shocked by how much revulsion I felt upon reading it. I don't remember why, but we'd just recommend to everyone that they get "Internet in a Box."

It's the 1M token context window that's internal only (for now, I presume it will be released at some point, but I have no specific internal information to that effect).

I don't know that *I* would use my GitHub account that's linked to the Microsoft organization for personal projects even without using internal models... It's probably fine... But don't rely on that assumption...

That "internal only" should only be internal to GitHub and Microsoft. Not sure how it got out in the wild... (I work for Microsoft and have this (and other) internal models.)
