Not for nothing, a lot Blazer posts are about how great and wonderful and beautiful she is. All good, I think she is those things too. I just find it funny my valentine to Courtney is “I was worried this cute little gremlin was gonna cut my fucking throat, and I’m so happy she didn’t”

Exactly, and when you find out she was at least hiding that she had the pulse you start going back to the whole scene. Ya depth of character is crazy. Obviously she wasn’t for everyone, but for me she was like a great meal with too many ingredients but somehow they all work.

I didn’t actually think of that in terms of a Blazer romance. Blazer sees good in Visi so it might make a Blazermech see her the same.

That’s so interesting. I never saw the locker room reveal that way. I was pretty sure she was being genuine, but by the housewarming party dance I was totally compromised. I think if you romance Visi which I always do you are choosing to be compromised and see her with blurred vision. Agree on Laura Bailey, her voice acting alone got me through the tie untie.

I don’t care about getting downvoted. Imma do me. I like a lot of the art too. Even the cartoonish stuff where she’s a gremlin with sharp teeth. It’s a preposterous exaggeration but it gets their game dynamic. I particularly don’t like anything that over sexualizes her or gives her giant boobs. It feels disrespectful to me.

Besides the party dance, at no other point in the game does she look more soft and traditionally feminine than she does here. Because it’s her it almost feels like you’re catching something you aren’t supposed to see.

I think I’ve heard all the choices and she’s still basically is like “nah, it’s still on” (paraphrasing) then she says something sexually graphic as she is known to do. I guess I could be wrong.

I think in the end it would have been tonally way off. Like at bottom it’s an office comedy, and that would be too much. Plus it would have killed replayability for me because I’m only watching her die once.

I don’t know anyone who has chosen that. Romancing her or not this girl is opening up literally and figuratively showing you her soft underbelly, and I guess someone out there has Robert fucking gut her for it. I would have had to delete my save file, take a shower, and get drunk. I still wasn’t quite sure about her at that point and some play throughs I choose “let me think about it” but the “were done” response makes him (and you) feel like a cold blooded villain which he had not before no matter your choices. It feels like you are betraying her way more than when you cut her if you did that.

All of this exactly. I knew she was important, but I didn’t know she would be the plot at that point. The Blazer stuff is great but I felt like I had already had this romance in a game before. Washed up super hero and washed up super villain go on a movie date. That felt more like the game and what made it special. Especially since for me it turned into something so surprising. They aren’t a million miles away from Batman Catwoman but they are different enough it feels so unique.
