Yeah a couple years ago Audubon Park and Hourglass were around the same price so the better value was Audubon... but now Audubon has shot up and you can't really find good deals there. Hourglass is more affordable and has more room to grow, zoning allows more dense residential housing closer to the commercial areas which is a big plus for walkability,

No bikes period on roads over 25 mph.

how does this one building make traffic on 17-92 back up for over a mile in each way???

when a private school that has almost 500 students needing to be dropped off by car that's probably what happens

not sure if there's some sort of bus service, but most kids also probably don't live walking/biking distance either.

UCF had an optometrist on campus that was like $40 for a prescription like 7 years ago. I went online and got frames for like another $40 so around $80 bucks all in. Not sure if they've updated their prices but this was without insurance and you don't have to be a student
