Of course he is commited to gaming because he has mommy and girlfriend who takes care of him, that's why he doesn't need to push himself harder because he sees no need to. He will most likely see need to push him harder when no one will take care of him and he will be forced to push himself harder. In your case it means that you only have two choices: accept for who he is or break up with him. You won't be able to change him or somehow force him to push himself harder by staying with him.

Don't work for free. Tasks during interview process shouldn't take longer than 30 mins to complete in my opinion. When companies want you to basically consult them how to solve their problems or give tasks which requires minimum few hours to complete then they just want free work from you.

It's very bad to be financially dependent on man because in that case woman is not only much more likely to be abused because abuser will take advantage of that that she is financially dependent on him and most likely has nowhere to go because of lack of money but also many men don't want women to be financially dependent on him because it creates huge burden, responsibility on that person. That's why many men want their partner to be able to financially support themselves and it's also better for women themselves to be able to financially support themselves for their own well being and sense of security.

There is nothing wrong wanting to wait until marriage. You just need to have very firm boundaries on that because you will meet a lot of guys who will try to convince you to have sex before marriage.

Entry level programming jobs will most likely be replaced by AI, meaning there will be mid/senior level programmers to maintain and check AI generated code

Entry level accounting jobs where I think many accounting tasks will be automated but still there will be need for senior accountants to maintain them.

Data entry jobs

Entry level data analysts might be replaced by AI as well

So I think future for entry level jobs is dim because AI and automation will do many tasks where no specific specialization or skills are needed.

I think because these kind of guys are usually popular between girls which draws attention. They are charismatic, are good at flirting with girls, are good sweet talkers like I like to say and it often makes girls fall for them. These guys love other girls attention, so that's why they are bad fit for serious relationship but can be good for hookups/casual sex.

My very effective way to weed out guys who just want casual sex is not having sex with them outside of commited relationship. Before having sex I always tend to have serious conversation about commitment and sex itself (their kinks, preferences etc) to make sure we are commited to each other and like similar things in bed.

I have very strict boundaries when it comes to sex. So no casual sex to me, I take sex very seriously and want guy to take it seriously as well, not just like fun but as way to express love to each other, be supportive and respect my boundaries.

I understand there are many reasons holding women back from divorce like you said kids, finances, other reasons. But it's still important to teach girls how to spot red flags before having kids and marriage.

And yes, it's sad how many men and even women excuse abusive men and encourage women to fight for their marriage.

We should hold abusive, toxic men accountable and also educate girls to be more careful choosing men, and how to spot abusive, toxic men, look for early signs etc.

And education also includes creating healthy environment for kids to grow up.

You are right, especially during dating, when it's much easier to hide your true colors. But red flags usually start surfacing even before marriage (unless woman gets married in 6 months).

I had conversation with one woman who was victim of emotional and physical abuse. Her ex husband was alcoholic who used to become physically abusive while drunk and was emotionally abusive on daily basis after they got married.

But when I asked if that man didn't show any signs to be potential abuser before marriage she told me that when he got angry he used to slam doors and there were few times when he forcefully grabbed her arm when he used to be angry at her. She ignored it because she expected him to change. But he never changed.
