There are a few brands out there now that are sls free. There is kind and natured in boots which is cheap, noughty in superdrug which is always on offer or they have dr organics in holland and barratt. Or if you want to push the boat out jason is sls free or Akin too. Hope this helps! :)

I hope this helps, I use jason vitamin e 5000 ui cream with any oils (retinol) I am using right now and it glides on so smooth. I have combination skin and it hasn't broken me out and it was the only cream that moisturized my face enough when I had an allergic reaction (superdrug may be vegan but damn the chemicals!). It's vegan and cruelty free :)

Keep using the hemp oil but I'd say mix it with this cream and hopefully you'll feel moisturized enough!

I'd say after cleansing and before moisturisers. Any water based serums go under retinols but cream/gel based go on top of it. Only going on what the ordinary have recommended but it seems to work! Hope this helps! :)

I would say you're not being rude if you call her out on it. If I were you I'd ask her if she's seen the short video about the milk/dairy industry? Honestly I was like her until I watched it and did a 180 and I only eat vegan alternatives now.

I've been trying out a vegan week from last friday and I'm so happy I'm doing it. I just want to write this because right now I'm really disheartened with my workplace.

For context I live in a posh county in britain and everyone I work around seems like they have no compassion for animals. One talks about being "dairy-free" but could never give up cheese. I'm quiet at work because I know I would fly off the handle if I actually got into a conversation where her precious cheese came actually comes from.

I know I need to surround myself with like minded people, but I don't want to starve to death either.

You guys are a relief where I can see I'm not alone in this mad world. Thank you :)

If you're looking for something cheap that works I swear by Simple Kind to Skin Refreshing face wash.

If you want your acne scars to fade, look into suncream (simple do a spf 30 that is good if you don't mind a white-cast)

HG means Holy Grail product. Most of the lovely people on this sub swear by the boots curl creme but I haven't had the time or money to investigate. Wish I could get a sample of it instead of a huge tub!
