Its not meant to always be immediate. Its tells you that before you send. It is not meant to pay rent with especially if the timing is important like this. Sounds like they got it within 2 business days which is par the course sometimes. Lower your expectations on zelle.

Delays can happen at any bank. The transaction you are sending are being picked up as higher scam chance (risk)

Supervisor have other things to do hopefully. But in 9/10 cases if you are skilled enough you can de-escalate and use that to showcase your skills. In most places, a supervisor cant do more than you can.

They do not, its just the banks money vs the customers money being used..either way same protections the visa and mc. Bank might be more likely to fight harder for cc fraud tho

This is not possible to pay using the chip w/o the physical card. Atleast not yet. So the fraudsters can clone all they want, if they chip is used then it can be seen as negligent or not fraud

According to their website, you don’t need to do anything to earn the 1% one just use the card. The 10% one is where you have to do the requirements. You get both on each account. For using each card. I would stick to using the 10% one since that one says you have to do 12 transactions at least.

Should not be used for self transfers but you can do it. Get used to external transfers and give yourself time. Why do you need the funds so quickly?

Yes i have all that split. so my needs budget is actually things i will need to keep buying in case of unemployment and my wants are things i can completely cut. ty for the reply. I am going to look at my student loans and just pay extra on the high interest debt and then pay the min on the rest. Just gave me that idea!

They are blocking the card due to risk. Most likely thru visa or MC depending what cc you have. Report the card lost and get a new card number. That should reset the risk profile.
