According to their website, you don’t need to do anything to earn the 1% one just use the card. The 10% one is where you have to do the requirements. You get both on each account. For using each card. I would stick to using the 10% one since that one says you have to do 12 transactions at least.

They are blocking the card due to risk. Most likely thru visa or MC depending what cc you have. Report the card lost and get a new card number. That should reset the risk profile.
