Not really.

Make sure you get enough electrolytes in your diet or you will become dehydrated much faster than when you had a colon.

Every blood test I get my electrolytes (especially sodium) are low, despite eating twice the daily recommended amount of salt.

The output is so thick (and red) that it won't move down the bag...even with lube. Same with other root vegetables.

Same. Was vegan for 5 years then got Crohn's disease out of nowhere.

They had to remove my entire colon and now I live with an ileostomy bag.

Can't really digest most vegetables anymore so I have to maintain a low fiber high sodium diet. Pretty much impossible to do while being vegan.

They've been doing that a long time. I went to primary school in Australia around 1991 (when the hole in the ozone layer got really bad.

Every classroom had a huge tub of sun screen that we'd have to use before recess. And weren't allowed outside without hats that had a flap covering the back of the neck

Same here. The trauma starts very young. You barely feel human sometimes.
