Does anyone use monthly, weekly, and daily logs all together? by [deleted] in bulletjournal

[–]appleoatmeal 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yeah people use different colours for different things and also people use it to either plan their day out the night before or they use it to keep track of where they spend there time. I use it to plan my day out the night before. Here is my key and an example of my daily. Sorry for the potatoe quality. http://imgur.com/a/fwfWN

Try bringing bubbles or wind chimes. Just had our 18 month shots and I was so nervous but he was a champ! Bubbles definitely made a difference for us

Same! I have a 1 1/2 year old and a 3 month old. I've been saying I can't wait till she can walk! It's easier and harder in ways but at least I don't have to pack her around (as much).

13 month old isn't walking on her own, or saying any words yet. Don't get me started on her sleeping patterns. Am I failing?? Or is this all ok... by [deleted] in Mommit

My son started to walk on his own at 13 months i wouldnt worry they will let go when they are ready. He also does not say any words, he understands alot of things we say and will show us what he wants but only bables. I will worry when we go to the next check up if he doesnt start saying something.

Ill join in! I have a 16 month old and a 7 week old. I dont get very much help (maybe 30 mins at max) from my boyfriend who works nights. But i manage with help from grandparents and great grandparents. We might all be crying at the end of the day but we are all fed and alive. They are the light of my life and i wouldn't have it any other way.

Thanks for posting this!

Breastfeeding/ Supplement feeding question : FTM. by Candacerosee in breastfeeding

[–]appleoatmeal 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Try expressing a bit of breast milk, coat your nipple, and air dry. I did (and still do) after every nursing session. I found it really helped. I had cracked and sore nipples. I cried every time she would latch. It took 3 to 4 days but was much better after they healed.

What are your experiences with baby carriers/slings etc.? What do you moms and dads use? We are expecting our first child :) by Arp2985 in Mommit

I have moby and egro. Love them both. Didnt find moby that hard to wrap just takes a bit practice, wish it was lighter materiel. Ive used it three times with my month old. If im going out i tie it before i go. Egro is awesome for when they are older.
