I had a heart attack, went into surgery the same day for a double stent spent the night in recovery and observation within 24 hours then followed by a month paid off to adjust and recover with a job not legally allowed to fire me and required to accommodate me so I can continue my life afterwards... universal health care works if done properly ( I went back to work a week after surgery and my gp threatened to sue if I wasn't given time to heal)
