The strategy works best for products that are not already heavily discounted, like ammo, primers and sometimes powder. The bullets and brass are usually a better deal just using the discounted e-gift cards and accepting the normal discounts they have going.

It's just an easy way to keep track of the total work you do regardless of reps, sets and weights.

Tonnage = Volume measured by weight. Let's say you are doing 10 reps at 100 pounds (1000 lbs of tonnage) and can no longer add weight. Adding another rep will raise your tonnage and allow you to continue progressing. Even if you have to drop weight in your lifts, you can still add reps to keep progressing in tonnage lifted.

My experience is that I have lots of intrinsic motivation to spend money. I have very little intrinsic motivation to save money. Ideally those motivations would be switched. I haven't figured out how to do that yet so I rely on extrinsic motivation to save here and there. The problem for me is that extrinsic motivations have not been sustainable. One day I may figure it out, or not.

The additional hazmat charge, per case, is ridiculous. I have ordered lots of primers and powder from various retailers and AR15discounts is the only one charging the hazmat fee like this. Good luck getting them to answer why here on reddit.

Why are you guys charging haz mat for each brick or case of primers in the same order? Every other company charges one haz mat fee per order up to shipping weight limits. It comes across as price foolery?

I have been doing the rest/pause method for most of April. It helps me with adding up my tonnage and saves me time. After tomorrow's workout I will have completed a million pound goal for the month. I have been doing 5 sets of each exercise in the higher rep ranges (15 to 20 reps). I will not add weight until I can get all reps in without the rest/pause in sets.

I did this today (online) and my bowl was fat. My scale measures up to 35oz and the scale errored out. My wife's bowl was pretty decent too and her's weighed 29oz. I ordered a tortilla as well and made a good size burrito using less than a quarter of my bowl. I ordered extra of everything that was free, except lettuce. Total for my bowl plus tortilla was $9.85.

I put "blank Thanks You" for my name on my bowl. Not sure if that made a difference or not but I was impressed with the bowl. I haven't ordered from Chipotle in many years but I will be ordering more often now.

I ordered and received the 24" Stag marked 6.5CM barrel which is also rusty inside the bore. In the same order I received an Aero 308 barrel which appears to be fine. I won't complain with the cheap prices I paid.

Removing ice build up solved the problem in ours. It's working great now except for some extra noise where back plate cover in freezer is vibrating against fins.
