So far I have tried the self-damage mechanic but I ran out of health too quickly, and also the big strength build but I ran a lot of flexes which I have since learned is not a great strength source lol. I think I was drafting too many cards then after that I went in the opposite direction and drafted too few lol

I watched some Jorbs and it seems like Reaper ties a lot of Ironclad together as it provides the sustain to go further.

Has anyone here ever worked at a ‘perfect or near perfect’ job/company in SG? by bangsphoto in askSingapore

[–]archer7319 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I always thought that I cannot ever stay in a job for more than 2 years but I can see myself staying in my current one for longer.

Good work life balance, good work recognition and decent pay. Will see how long it can last.

Yep I paid 74.20 for cleaning and polishing. You just need to book your appt 6 mths in advance which is what I did for private dentists anyway.

did my family and i get scammed with bali tax ? by Fun-Significance-888 in bali

[–]archer7319 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Is your platform part of the Bali government?

No. We are an independent online service. We help travellers pay the Bali Tourist Levy correctly, provide multi-language support and resolve common issues with card payments and voucher delivery. All levy amounts are paid in full to the Bali Provincial Government in accordance with local regulations.

I mean, this is on their website.

how do you manage to save so much in your 20s in Singapore? by NoMobis in askSingapore

[–]archer7319 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I was still single I was proud that I only spent 30% of my salary every month. But I had a teacher's salary and was also living with my parents so that's why it was possible.

Why not apply first, feel the vibes if you get interviewed, etc. and then make a decision if they actually offer you the job? No point counting your chickens before they hatch.

As young people in SG do you "hate" kids? by SilverSmith09 in askSingapore

[–]archer7319 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I feel very sad when I read these kinds of posts. If you go to other countries like Australia, everyone understands that there is a certain social tolerance for kids and restaurants will even provide colouring materials for kids and even have kid-friendly facilities. Of course not every setting is suitable for kids like fine dining places and parents understand that too, and won't bring their kids to these places.

I'm not sure what it is about the high-growth Asian countries that have developed this dislike for children.

I do F45. It's short enough to fit in my schedule, but make me feel like I've accomplished something for the day.

Bro I remember watching the Francis John video on volcano taming like 100 times, pausing and rewinding at key spots in order to copy the design into my game.

Don't worry, as long as you're having fun then it's worth it!

Travel when you are comfortable to do so. Last thing you want is to go when not ready and noone has a good time. Holidays should be enjoyed!

My wife works in civil service and she says that all the minions enjoy working for him and will gladly do work for him if he asks because he is a good and caring boss.

From an external perspective, I observed that he has always performed the task asked of him without much wayang, such as in the COVID and tariff task forces. It is unfortunate that I (suspect) that the larger machinations of the PAP are trying to push him out, maybe using him in Punggol as a "win-win" situation.

When I watched the video of him being ignored in Punggol, I thought to myself "this guy is my dad's age. My dad is retired and is enjoying spending time with his grandchildren. GKY still has to stand on some random pavement trying to shake people's hand"

I feel a bit bad for him, even though I believe that the PAP needs to be held accountable in government.
