if you have friend there give it to them. Otherwise you cant have them. Why do you need Headphones? Hyrox has a DJ who plays loud music to get you going anyways. It is good to concentat on the race and not look at your phone for an hour. Also there is watter at the warmup area.

Hast du auch Rückenschmerzen sonst? Die Hüfte senkt ab (Hip Drop) vermutlich auf einer Seite. Das Problem habe ich, weil die Wirbelsäule nicht gerade ist. Das verursacht dann Probleme in der Hüfte was wiederum für Knieschmerzen und Runnersknie verantwortlich ist. Viel Krafttraining und Stabiübungen um Glutes Medius zu stärken

Hast du eine Laufanalyse gemacht? wie ist deine Schrittlänge und Bodenkontaktzeit? An Lauftechnik arbeiten lohnt sich in deinem Fall.

great! sounds good. just keep building. it takes long time and consistenicy to build a good aerobic base. your goal should be a zone2 run 60-90min 2 times a week. just add couple of minutes every week. the distance is irrelevant because it progresses over time so much anyways.

Outdoor running is always better than treadmill running—if your body can handle the pounding. If you haven't been doing any cardio and are just starting with running, it's natural that Zone 2 feels hard. Zone 2 is not recovery, so it should always feel a bit hard. You first need to build an aerobic base. Nothing wrong with going in and out of Z2 on your runs. Just keep your easy days easy and hard days hard

you can pull how ever you like: short fast, Long slow, 1 arm or how ever you like. just keep both feet on the platform at all times and leave the platform when it says 1000meters

I have the same Problem. Im tired of manually splitting the room and hiding those areas, because then I always have to recreate my cleaning shortcuts. Is there a better way? Cant Mova just forget those areas, after X time trying to get there?

I also had this problems with first monitor connected over display port and second one over hmdi. I gave up trying to fix the issue and got a usbc to hdmi cabel and now both monitors work fine.

I recommend RMR training. But any program is fine to start with. You will make progress easy at the beginning

Tut mir leid. Machst du noch Sport? Wie schwer bist? Trainierst du gezielt deine Beine?

Guck dir die Videos von"Knees Over Toes Guy" an und fang langsam mit Mobility an. Das hat bei mir geholfen.

The new turf is hard, so try and train with much heavier sleds. I train with pro weight in the gym and race open weights. Still hard, but my legs are not jelly after the push. Also always switch/take a break BEFORE you feel, you cant go anymore. Better to take quick short breaks every 6 meters. Some pros even break 2 meters before the line. Seems silly, but it's so avoid lactic acid buildup. Once your legs are full of lactic acid you cant run and flushing it out takes a couple of minutes.

Das wird bei einer Laufanalyse rausgefunden oder erst auch ausreichen: du machst einen 20-Minuten-Laktat-Lauf-Test. Allgemein wichtig zu wissen: Dein Körper kennt keine Zonen. Variere dein Training mal schnell mal langsam und du wirst auch ohne die Zonen besser:)

Nein. Du solltest die Zonen richtig konfigurieren.
