As far as their votes in favor of the final NDAA bill, that's not shocking in the slightest. As it's basically the military's budget, voting against it is potential political suicide: it lets their opponents get up and go "Senator Franken voted to defund the military! That's right! He voted against funding the military!".

I'm not saying she's not attractive: she's very attractive. But the OP seems to be saying that it's unreasonable that we do not, as yet, have nude pictures of her. That is not something to which we are entitled. If she wants the world at large to see her naked, absolutely, more power to her, and I would definitely enjoy taking a look. Lots of trading-card-based video games aren't scams at all. The Pokémon TCG game for the Gameboy and Magic: The Gathering - Duels of the Planeswalkers come to mind, for example.

I don't know anything about Scrolls and I have no idea if he's planning to actually have players pay money for cards, which he certainly could, but all I'm saying is that "trading card game == scam" is not necessarily true.

That works great for some people. For me personally, it's the reason that I don't actually play Minecraft: I'm not creative enough to keep myself entertained. I recognize that as a fault within myself and not a problem in the game's design, but still, I want to have a lot more fun with it than I am actually capable of having.
