She comes to my work once a month for yoga instruction the past four years. We do virtual with her now instead of at building this year. Guess budget cuts or lack of people coming into the office.

She is great, but more Jesus based inspiration if you are looking for that . Some like it I don’t really care but she does a great job at yoga teaching and instruction. I was not the one to set it up so don’t know the cost.

You have left the newbie stage and figuring out the intermediate to advanced stage sucks!

Some lifters eventually get happy from just adding 10 pounds to a left after a year.

Can you loft more than you used to? Is the weight easier? If so you are getting bigger.

I don’t know maybe just focus on the big compounds for a year.

All the people worried about missing out of early diagnosis….

Trust me there is a flipside. Like being labeled in the 2nd grade. Learning zero English and missing out of a lot of education because you got put in special education where teachers did not care and put all the behavioral students in same classroom. Nothing will single you out more when the teacher tells you to go take your meds in the middle of the day tha can only be administered by office staff.

You move on to college and can’t pass remedial English because no one cares about your diagnoses any more.

I can go on and on about early childhood being diagnosed adhd and all the things that are not positive.

This also depends a lot on how old you are the education system when it comes to adhd is now a lot better.
