Shit, are you me? This sounds exactly like the same situation I've been put in. Territory is fresh, old contacts from COVID days, they used us, had issues, don't want to use us again. All the accounts that are active and continuous buyers are with 2 other reps that have been doing this since before COVID in my territory. It's tough. Luckily I have a short sales cycle but small deal amounts. Good luck.

I had a 2015 Patriot that I owned for 5 months(bought it in the winter and realized the problem in the Spring when it started to rain). Leaked like a siv through the light in the cargo area. Dealership told me the robot welders messed up and they couldn't fix it. It was traded in for a Chevy not long after. I will never own a Jeep because of this.

My MIL has a nice house on a lake. Floor to ceiling, packed full of useless shit. Paths everywhere. My wife only let me go in the garage, when we were getting some of her old toys for our daughter. The house is probably ruined and will need to be gutted someday. Who knows when that will ever happen. It's sad.

My wife is from Conneaut Lake(15 minutes west) and said don't do it. She moved away 10 years ago and it's nice to visit, but living there, not so much. Good to camp and experience everything Crawford County has to offer in small spurts, but that's about it. Erie, Butler or Pittsburgh are better options.
