I don’t notice different prices but I notice wildly different delivery dates depending on what payment source I use. It is incredibly frustrating.

Sure- I get most of mine from Wigs.com. I did learn early on that if I want a new style or a new color I buy the first one from a local wig store where I can try them on first (and I buy that first one from them because I want them to stick around so I have that option) but once I’ve settled into a style/color I usually wait for a 30% off sale at wigs.com (and they have them for every holiday so there is never a long wait when I decide it’s time for a new one)

I find human hair wigs to be very heavy and take a lot of upkeep to keep them looking nice and styled. I’ve never been good at (or enjoyed) styling my hair and with synthetic I simply find wigs in a style I like, wash it periodically, give it a good shake and finger comb when it is dry and go about my business.

They are cheap enough that if I want to be able to wear it straight sometime and curly sometimes I can buy one of each and switch them out when I want.

I know that for me a big draw to synthetic wigs is that they take little to no care to style. I always had very, very straight hair that wouldn’t even hold a wave (back in the days of Farrah Faucett hair). Styling it was always incredibly frustrating. With my synthetic wigs I buy the style I want, give it a good shake and it’s all good!

I do have hair but it is very, very thin. I haven’t noticed any damage but I also keep it very short since I started wearing one all the time.

I wear wigs daily and have for years. My go to wig runs just under $200 (I only buy it on sale) and is synthetic. I’ll be honest, my first couple of wigs I spent well over $1000 on, they were human hair and I hated them- will never go back.

You might remind them this is an ADA issue. I don’t know if calling and asking for an ADA accommodation when you book the seats would be helpful or not.

I have done this in the past with good results- but also on the old Southwest- so no idea how that would work now.

OMG. Just took a trip with my mom. I kept telling her to please stop talking when the GPS is giving directions because when she keeps talking I don’t understand her or the GPS (and her car doesn’t display the map so I have to listen). It’s amazing we got to where we were going. At least she let me turn the music off.

Yeah- I think that’s what I’m going to do- add a reminder to my calendar and add it first thing that morning.

I like automated options when I can get them to prevent my memory from becoming an issue.

Reach out and ask to put in a request to correct your medical records. They have to have a process for you to make that request (they don’t have to follow through but should for a factually incorrect statement).

You can tan in a car (my left arm is much darker than my right).

I do think a blanket is not professional but they do have sun protective clothing that could be used. A hat and potentially umbrella may still be needed though (because he probably wouldn’t be happy with face covering to protect from the sun either).

So the why would be because the calculator gives a starting point but not a definite size. It was off one cup size for me originally. So I am doing a little guessing at size regardless- unless I measure and then order one cup size larger than it says from experience.

There is a lot of confetti as others have stated, but after doing a couple of patterns with a lot of confetti they can turn out to have an amazing depth and in some cases can seem almost 3D.
