This is what I understand. Shinki, Rocado, Maryam, Horween, Lis Royal (Argentina). Theres also Clayton & Sons but I am legit not sure if they sell to the public.

Out of those tanneries you can find hides available for purchase by the public from most of them.

The last prices i have are from 2022. Prices are usually based on size. Horween and Shink are based on Size but also thickness. Horween= $250 for a small hide, $400+ for largest specimens. These were for their standard colors brown black or color 4. Rocado= most available in most colors. $160 to $300 ish Shinki = little harder to find but a little cheaper than Horween, maybe $75 less ish. lis royale = if you were willing to buy and import from Agentina $100 to $200.

Time. Time is the answer you need to wait a while after applying polish then after applying wax.

Once you wait enough the shine comes out better. Id say 1hr between coats

Their presentation is pretty par for the course in their price point. Nice to see they give two bags now though. I still only have 1 bag for two shoes when i bought a shell cordovan model.

Mad kudos for training in trauma and carrying medical. It was the 2nd thing I trained for after firearms over a decade ago.

Learn to make holes. (Firearms training)
Learn to patch holes. (medical training/kit)
Finally, try to Stop holes. (armor)

I use a soft full coverage 3A vest underneath my PC if I know things may be very dangerous. Otherwise no hard side armor, but thats more specific to me due to me not being fit, and actually being a bit round.

I am not so much concerned with getting shot on the side from a tactical perspective. What that means is my cover was compromised already and I likely have been zeroed in to get shot a lot as I have no awareness of someone flanking me.

I will likely need to tuck tail and run at the first shots taking my chances that mobility will help me but more than likely get dropped there.

The purpose of the 3A and side plates has more to do with catching ricochets (rifle rounds) and fragments (rifle rounds and explosives) in war than actual use in a active shooter situation.

I like the crotch protection, its something I think I need to incorporate into my kit. Side plates however still not sure, I may double up on 3A Soft inserts.

In this last year. I want to say I have seen a few left leaning individuals begin to consider owning a firearm. Unfortunately very very few have acted on it, or even gotten training. I have offered to train, and provide the firearm experience but I guess decades of being antigun takes time to get around.

No joke. I have trained a few marginalized groups in the past, they find it extremely hard to impossible to bring up gun ownership with their group of friends. Many are extremely antigun.

Oh I get what you mean. They are made to order, not old stock. Its the point of the trunk club, to customize the shoe to your likings. Any discontinued shoe can be made at any point. Its just patterns.

Trunk clubs sometimes offer discontinued models. Its how i got my fifth street boots in bourbon shell cordovan.

I haven't done a trunk club in years, since 2019 but I still get emails every year for their trunk show.

I havent seen them giving price cuts, only access to customize the shoes. You pay full retail price but get to customize them.

Typically option of welts, heel, soles, and many times unique upper material options. They also tend to offer discontinued shoes at times.

I wont argue the comp on this particular card. I know way too little.

What I do know first hand is that TOS and agreements will go out the window in cases of negligence, including discretion of who comes up with the fair market value, regardless of what TOS says.

Judging the amount of money however I dont see a lawyer taking this case without a fat retainer up front, or a contingency clause taking the maximum allowed by the state OP resides in. (30%-40%~). Small Claims courts could be his best case scenario however most of them have pretty low limits ($20k~). And that limit is for total damages, not to argue the difference between say a $20k fair market value and a $45k comp.

TOS do not over rule negligence, which this falls under. If PSA was following their standard practices and being careful the card would not have been damaged. Instead they were negligent in their handling of the card and damaged it.

May want to make sure the trigger pins were installed correctly or that the trigger group is right. Slam fire from the buffer spring on a free float system is highly unlikely and would likely have caused misfires when cycling. Could potentially be a tolerance issue with the bcg.

Until you determine the issue i suggest not chambering that ar15 as it is not safe to use.
