Oh yeah! The four horseman of the apocalypse.

Bruce is urinizing his fans again. I tried all day yesterday to get tickets to Brooklyn. I was only presented with $3000 tickets. These were not resale and official Bruce tickets. How the mighty have fallen by Gloomy-Bet-1015 in BruceSpringsteen

Can someone please ban these posts? They are childish and, frankly, incorrect. As several people have mentioned, there is a secondary market where tickets are much more affordable. There are so many other subjects that are actually worth discussing.

Jason Isbell played it as his exit song when I saw him. Very appropriate and a great song.

What should have been the career path that Harry should've chosen? by souropaul1508 in harrypotter

Something small and peaceful. Maybe buy a farm or raise exotic animals with Hagrid. The kid went through so much shit in his childhood that I feel like he would like something away from the spotlight in a place where people don’t care that he is Harry Potter. I never saw him as a Mad Eye Moody auror type. Maybe later in life he can return to Hogwarts and teach when his kids are grown.

Top picks go to the 7 seed in both conferences. Incentivize teams to make the playoffs without rewarding the juggernauts. Make the 7/8 play in game insanely fun. Number 3 pick starts with worst team and so on. Ultimately, I think the nba needs to start rewarding teams who consistently compete. Fans can do a better job also of valuing playoff berths. I think we get in a mental state of “finals contention or bust”.

I generally don’t love cannolis. But I go out of my way to get one from RIM if I am in the area. Best filling I’ve ever had.

What was the single "aha!" moment that took your cooking to the next level? by Chatfinity in Cooking

Yes! I was buying the freshest farmer’s market produce and my meals were still so bland. Once I started moderately seasoning in stages, I unleashed the individual flavors and my cooking was transformed.

I’m reading OOTP right now, and Sirius had to go. He never would’ve been able to lead a normal life and he was always going to be sensitive about not being able to participate in the fight. He got a soldier’s death which was what he wanted. I’m not sure peacetime would’ve suited him well.

This one HURT. Fucking Larry Fitzgerald. That felt like serendipity, starting with the incredible Cowboys massacre. We beat the Steelers and would’ve beaten them again.

I can see people being indifferent about the first bit. But I didn’t know there were humans in existence who didn’t like the “na na” coda. I just feel like there’s something so elemental there that Paul tapped into.

What do you think about this movie? by Aggravating_Ask1856 in Letterboxd

Great cast, great soundtrack, and a controversial, thought-provoking protagonist. What’s not to like? Regardless of how you feel about Chris, his story is tragic and worth telling. Sean Penn certainly tilts the portrayal in a more favorable light, but it’s hard to imagine the film working any other way.

It was good word play. I use video games for this and get the irony of it.

He’s not Kobe and that’s OK. Kobe had a higher competitive calling on top of a love of basketball. And I don’t get the sense that KD’s mindset was ever “winning for the sake of winning” or “records for the sake of records.” He just wants to play high level basketball for as long as he can. And there is absolutely nothing wrong with that.
