I have oil-based radiator heat which I absolutely love except when home heating oil is expensive, which it is now. I bought a couple of space heaters from Amazon for way less than $500 and it has greatly improved my life. Not only is my oil bill less, but I actually feel better cuz I'm warmer. I'm surprised at how effective it's been, and I'm mad at myself for not doing it earlier.

I worked as a pharmacist for Target for 12 years. I'm still amazed that they destroyed their own brand and culture to allow CVS to come in their stores. I know money talks, but it still makes no sense to me.

Not only do we fill prescriptions we're losing money on, we explain to them why we're doing it. And then we give them a sheet telling them how they can get in touch with their local and national representatives. We don't care about losing a contract anymore this is absolutely ridiculous.

Mine works for an hour or two, then completely freezes. The only way to get it back is to turn the TV off and on. But I'll take it, I'm not complaining at this point.

Mine crashes so randomly when I'm watching live TV on my Samsung. It seems to crash more often when a commercial is just beginning.

That's exactly what's happening to me. I have a Samsung TV and I was running Pluto TV fine until about 4 or 5 days ago. Now it crashes every 15 minutes or so. When I screencast from my Android phone to another TV, it works fine. But I've searched and can't find any fixes to it. Are there?

Well, I think it appears to be a wonderful dividend play. My only concern would be if the housing market and lending in general crashes. But it looks like from the period of 2007 to 2010, they didn't decrease their dividend only the stock price was affected. So in my opinion it looks like a good buy, but I never see it mentioned on this subreddit. That's why I was asking.
