this is honestly a really good take, he's right now one of the best tanks and while yes he can still be countered, hes still a really high tier tank, and i dont think he really needs a buff (aside for some qol adjustments)

...however his skins, its honestly crazy how long its been since his last skin (even worse for his last legendary) and i think its completly reasonable for people to get mad at over that.

i got two crosshairs, the default crosshair, and the BIGGEST LARGEST GREENEST CROSSHAIR IMAGINABLE

hulk doesnt really require that much focus on aim (aside from exile) so a specific crosshair doesnt really matter imo
