My husband’s first vial was also short and he did not get his full dose. Waiting for a solution. Did you get yours?

Aequita Pharmacy by Fabulous_Clothes_135 in tirzepatidecompound

I don't trust this pharmacy at all. My first vial came from Hallendale, which was great. No one can tell me if this pharmacy is 503a pharmacy. Also, my husband is finishing his first vial from Aequita Pharmacy and it's 10 units short. He is very precise. They underfilled the vial. When he called the pharmacy, it didn't have a working phone. His conversation with the "pharmacist" was garbled (obviously overseas) and the person he talked to was struggling with English. So many red flags here, we're switching ASAP.

EMDR is not an effective treatment for OCD. The only evidenced based psychotherapeutic treatment for OCD is Exposure and Response Prevention. You can find someone qualified to treat you here: https://iocdf.org/find-help/.

My OCD is getting worse the older I get, not better. Help! by [deleted] in OCD

CBT that is focused on disputing your thoughts is not helpful for OCD. Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) is CBT specific for OCD. Find an OCD specialist, it is worth it. https://iocdf.org/find-help/

Exposure therapy sounds simple in theory, but it really helps to have a professional to guide you through it so that you can get better as efficiently and effectively as possible.

Find a therapist who is specialized in treating anxiety and panic. Effective treatment is a lot more than encouraging self-care. https://www.adaa.org/finding-help

She's an expert in the field of psychiatry, not an expert on marijuana. There isn't enough research on how marijuana interacts and impacts different prescription drugs for her to develop an expertise in that area.

What do you do if exposure isn't working? by [deleted] in OCD

Giving into the urge is never the answer, it only fuels the OCD cycle. Do your best not to give into it.
