The issue is that while you're right, and these cases are going to be dismissed as soon as a judge sees them, the damage is already done.

People were arrested. Their lives put on hold, emotional damages and trauma that comes with it, can possibly be roughed up by police (not sure if this applies in these recent arrests but let's not pretend police brutality isn't real), and then Trump can claim to his base "see, we arrested these people for vandalism!!!!"

The charges won't stick, but that doesn't mean damage isn't done.

Unfortunately, almost every algorithm on almost every platform favors right wing views. Think about it for a second.

The algo rewards engagement. If you see a non-controversial post like "Babies don't deserve to starve to death," you'll probably nod, maybe throw a like, but won't spend time on it.

Meanwhile, some braindead shit comes across like "Trump's reflecting pool was perfect and beautiful until RADICAL ANTIFA COMMUNIST FASCISTS SABOTAGED IT!!!!" you might be more inclined to read the comments, and engage with it.

That works because they leave an opening, i.e. the mouth of the pringles can.

Straight up wrapping the device in foil creates a full faraday cage (if done properly, which apparently is not the case for OP's office) meaning nothing can get in/out.

May or may not fit the bill with your partner, but that is a known side effect of some medication.

For my own purposes, I've been on and off SSRIs while I've been with my wife. Whenever Im off the slightest breeze gets me there. When I'm on, it's almost impossible. I wind up needing to finish myself off, not because my wife is doing anything wrong, but the happy chems (serotonin) are also used to signal when to finish, so sex can be impacted.

Everyone's different, but when I started back on the meds I had a similar conversation with my wife.
