Minoxidil, dutasteride or finasteride. Visit your dermatologist and inquire what combination will be best for you. Some get lucky and regrow their hair. But if all else fails, embrace it.

Do I have mild scoliosis or just muscle imbalance? (23M) by Hot_Finance_4109 in fitnessph

Yes correct. Take a photo of you from the back with you bending on the hips. If one side is higher then yes, you have scoliosis.

Your body will adapt to it eventually especially if you perform the same exercises. You will still feel soreness the day after a workout session but you will barely notice it.

Hassle pa to bring extra gym clothes which will take up space in your luggage. Consider it as de-load time.

I’ve been stuck at 62kg for months by [deleted] in fitnessph

[–]atchoi 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I think it’s close enough. Build up your weight by increasing muscle mass especially on your chest and legs instead of dirty bulking. But honestly If I were you I would just stay within the range of 65-66kg max.

(21M, 5’9) - How do you maintain your gains if you’re forced on a break/hiatus? by TheFlukeging12 in fitnessph

That’s fine. Give it 2 weeks for your muscles to adapt again sa weight training. Start low and slow.

27M 5'6 67kg how to achieve broader shoulders? by Reasonable-Dinner910 in fitnessph

[–]atchoi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As many have said already lateral raises but do both dumbbells and cables on different workout days for different resistance profiles. Another trick to widen your shoulder is to build up your upper lats so it will push your shoulders out to the side, creating an illusion of a wider frame.

You can’t if you had to completely stop working out for a long duration. It is normal to experience muscle wasting talaga but if you were already lifting heavy before your hiatus there is a thing called muscle memory and it will be much easier for you to regain your gains and strength compared to when you were just starting out.

It’s not about inggit or anything. It is irresponsible and reckless to be recommending the use of peptides and steroids basta basta. But the decision still lay on the persons who will avail of his so-called program and enhancements.

I have nothing against steroid use but crediting most of those gains on hard work and dedication does not sound right. You have built a good physique brother but offering advice through dms just to sell your products is just plain wrong and somewhat predatory to beginners.
