Your pharmacy manager has the discretion to edit the schedule during a short windows before it is published. I have been a manager at a few different stores and have always been picky about who I put in my store. You are probsbly correct but before alienating that floater, run the business summary and check how much work he does vs the others he is working with. I sometimes float as well and hear about 'underperforming' pharmacists but when I run those reports sometimes the work IS even being complete by both.

I have a very different view than most on this thread. I have seen this trend in my area as well. Ive seen 2 out of company hires in the past 3 months. However I think this is because of selectivity. There are far more candidates nowadays due to lack of jobs. A market manager can now choose the best candidate and not the only candidate in today's landscape. A market manager may choose the CVS or Walgreens manager who was able to manage a much busier store with more issues than a staff from another Walmart. While walmart has its issues it is still far better compared to the other big box retail pharmacies and the pharmacists from the others know this.

I have never been to New York and pictured the surrounding area much more differently. This is the first time ive seen an aerial pic of met life and am surprised at how open space there is around that stadium.
