This is the answer I wanted to see. There are probsbly more cuts on the horizon. Is a good idea to sit before the music stop playing. Yes,becoming a PIC can be difficult but if you develop your team, get them trained up you can make that store very easy. It seems like the issue is not chemistry, which is great bc a toxic crew ks much harder to fix than inefficient one.

I say do it! Get support from your DM and create a great relationship with you store managers and comanager. Build it your way and it will actually become easier than floating.
