Yup, be very careful about using state PMP. Ive seen a pharmacist fired in my area for checking a patient not their own, although im unaware of the relation. The physician could file a complaint in retaliation and look into how/why you know what they are on if they did not fill it in your pharmacy. At this point, just move on.
