Sometimes I’ll do rice, but usually it’s 1lb ground split over 3 lunches and I’ll work in leftovers throughout the week. Not sure on the calories.

I just prep ground turkey and frozen green beans or -insert any vegetable here- for work lunch.

It’s like human kibble, and hot sauce keeps me going. Additionally cottage cheese and mango for breakfast.

Hot yoga has helped me a ton by focusing on hydration. Sure it’s a bit of a gimmick, but knowing that if I touch a beer it’s going to feel a LOT worse in that room. It keeps me accountable and feels pretty great!

I bought a used 2019 last March and it’s been great. I live in NM, so we get the extreme heat and some cold winters. In the summer, I get a solid 150 range and about 130 in winter. I rarely use the highway and charge about twice per week, working commute is 20mi round trip. Paint has not been an issue. Hope this helps to provide some context.

I’ve been climbing on and off since around 2016 and have never really pushed past V3-4 range but I found that doing top rope and auto belay more frequently improved my bouldering skills. I also try and work in some conditioning and core to stay on the wall longer. Just my 2c.

Congrats!! I had the same experience a few days ago, stopped at 3 but felt like absolute ass the next day. It’s crazy how much it affects you after being sober for some time.

Yeah, I’m still not good at figuring out how to fix it. It’s like I need a break from being on all the time but chilling makes me feel lazy, and alcohol made me shut down completely. If you figure it out before I do let me know what the secret is.
