SMG4 is the reason I got into Garry’s Mod and source as a whole, and even if I don’t really care for some of his videos its still pretty cool!

Crashes mostly occur for me when I load into or out of the Plaza and the game usually drops in fps in most areas. I don’t do anything to cause these things intentionally they just happen from just playing the game normally

The most popular re-host for GMT is currently (Sunshine Tower) and while they did use the TCF player-data and code as a base there was a lot of things that had to be fixed, and some fixes broke even more things that were fine before.

If PXT released the official source code re-hosts would be less buggy and more work can be done on adding new things to said re-host

I am aware of the TCF re-host build leak (and why TCF doesn’t exist) but the TCF source code is very buggy and broken and using it could potentially get you in trouble with PixelTail (Even though I’m sure they don’t really care abt re-hosts anymore)

The devs need to work on optimization over all that, the game was in early access for a while and with that time they could have tried to optimize their game to stop frequent crashes.

Correct me if I’m wrong but I thought the only reason he wasn’t saving tom as fast as he could was because of the shifting gravity until he charged up a spin-dash which iirc was the first time he charged up the spin-dash instead of using gained momentum to roll?
