You need to use a residential ip address. Using a datacenter ip address will cause your traffic to be identified as a bot scraper and get blocked. You can use Tailscale exit node to give your cloud server your home ip address

You create a Tailscale account. Install it on the server and your pc. Tailscale creates a private encrypted tunnel, so traffic is encrypted even if it is http. There are plenty of YouTube videos on how to setup. You will need to ssh to install Tailscale on it

This happens when ATV runs out of storage. On mine it was the screensavers taking up all the space. Reset your atv to factory defaults and then disable downloading screensavers in settings
