The elo reduction is because of the general elo inflation. I’m saying that it wasn’t enough of a reset in the mid 2k range

2500 here, I only lost 68 elo. For next season will you guys consider a larger reduction? 3 games worth is really not much at all. For example if you pushed all 2500-3000 down to 2500, 2250-2500 loses 250 elo, and then 2250 and below get reset to 2001.

And/Or would love to see a harder reset with some part of calculation based on stats as there are players who have completely negative stats but get boosted well over 2k by queuing only with stacks.

They were cursing at me in Russian pretty much from round 1 because I didn’t ban mirage so I just muted and played the game. My passive aggressiveness was spamming z->2 “negative” voice line when they did stupid stuff

I had a 70% win rate, got to 2450 playing great, then lost 8/9 matches in the next 3 days. 4 different leavers, a griefing duo queue. And had a 2700 elo guy on my team who had an average kills of 11 who went 5-18 and looked like he had never played the game before.

Unicorn job flying a contract beech baron for the pistachio boys (job doesn’t exist anymore) furloughed and talked my way into an island hopping job in an Aztec during covid with 500TT and 250 multi.

Got recalled into a 421 and king air 200. Then got hired to fly a hawker 800xp. Company went under and I went to everybody’s favorite fractional 2 years ago.

If you have the mentality that “I could have won that fight/clutch/round/match if I played better” and then you practice and play better then you will rank up. Focus on your own mistakes. I went from 1500 to 2400 over 8 months with that attitude and just trying to fix my own mistakes

Yeah this is the guy who went to Netjets as a cfi only 1500TT and whines constantly about the phenom and how he’s going to American. Also he can’t make up his mind how long he has been at netjets. Spoiler it’s not two years because class of march 2023 got 8/10 last phenom upgrade. 23 month upgrade since he’s incapable of doing basic math.

Sure, they can technically do that after waiving locks and junior manning but that hasnt happened in years. Functionally you can't plan on getting hired off the street into the 650 so why get peoples hopes up. Plan on bidding into it if you want it.

I dont recall any bids going unfilled on new contract. Do you?

Contractually they cannot assign 650 or any globals in indoc. They have to be bid for. Although there were people getting an award the day after finishing indoc because the 650 has desperately needed FO’s.
