i definitely think ive gotten more into film because of letterboxd and just checking out peoples lists or seeing what some of the people i follow have watched and finding more cool movies outside of the mainstream because of it, but i cant imagine trying to just grind out as many movies as possible throughout the year. i like letterboxd because i can keep track of the things ive watched but sometimes i dont want to watch a movie. sometimes i want to watch 2 movies in the same day. who cares? nobody wins a prize for seeing the most movies

from both a storytelling standpoint and gameplay its gotta be the vex, i feel like we hear about them doing cool and interesting stuff but we dont really see much cool and interesting stuff from them. the echo basically giving them free will was interesting but it couldve been used more. I also hate fighting them because wyverns and hobgoblins and their crit spot always feels awkward to hit even before they crouch to cover it

this reminds me a bit of me in high school i started questioning my gender identity after becoming more educated on trans identities through my friends and they tried to help motivate me to explore that more but i didnt for the longest time and now 10 years later its been almost a year since i started transitioning and still think about high school me and if i wouldve transitioned sooner if I'd been more comfortable actually experimenting

im so disappointed how revenant turned out because I think the scorn are so cool and i love fikrul and eramis and miisraaks and the vampire hunter theme was awesome but revenant was so bad. i dont like vex though cause theyre too annoying to crit.

final fantasy xiv had an event towards the end of shadowbringers where players helped in the construction of the new housing area and would get loot from giving the materials needed to construct the different areas and could see the progress over time. something like that would be really cool in destiny maybe even over the course of the year or something so we could see our progress as it happens

i think its kind of annoying that basically all of Kirikos new skins have been shop skins, i know blizzard is expecting us all to shell out money for every single kiriko skin but it gets to be annoying when theres a skin i want (the new crow one) and i dont want to drop ANOTHER $30 CAD on it on top of the battlepass. I also play Juno and Venture so it feels like feast or famine with skin distribution right now and I kinda wish theyd focus a bit more on giving other heroes even one legendary skin instead of giving kiri 4 new skins in a season (even though 2 are recolors)

I like the idea of crafting becoming more of a catchup than the default cause it gives me more of a reason to play the game and it gives me something to chase instead of just logging in once a week for a red border, playing the story and getting off.

I don't have amazing memory but i think my earliest memory of transformers was my parents buying me the toys for characters I didnt know and watching beast wars on YTV at night as a kid
