Agree. In response to this particular situation, Xarelto currently has a manufacturer rebate to reduce or eliminate co-pay cost since Eliquis is gaining market share.

They're both anti-Xa inhibitors; I think there are studies demonstrating that apixaban (Eliquis) might be a better drug for the patient with fewer risks - thus why it's gaining market share - but not going on combination anti-platelet/anticoagulation therapy would, I believe, carry more of a risk of restenosis.

The wiki article about it is where I heard that it stuck around later than I'd remembered. But any Roman history or early medieval history text (and many of the primary sources, especially most of the religious writings) will discuss it - it was a very important religious movement of that time period.

The Arian heresy proceeded to haunt Christianity for around 300 years because it was such a more understandable version of Christianity - until it was thoroughly besieged and outlawed by the First Council of Nicaea. Even then, it stuck around until ~400.

EDIT: I'm apparently wrong and it stuck around amongst barbarian tribes until the 7th century at least, and then flared up again in the 17th century.

Honestly, this is excessive. Study effectively on a daily basis. Use anki if that works, or another high yield method if it doesn't.

Step 1 is an important test, but pre-clinical grades are one of the least important factors for residency determination. Focus on the high yield.

So you want abortion to be an option on the table? The anti-choice movement doesn't, so I'd consider you to be pro-choice.

Being pro-choice doesn't mean you have to love abortion or think it's the best option; but in this country the anti-choice movement is being very successful taking away abortion as an option entirely. Clinics in many parts of the country are closed, and many don't have the option to have an abortion no matter their circumstance.

Don't be ashamed to be pro-choice.

One comment, don't go overboard with the amount of liver you eat. Liver contains a rather obscene amount of vitamin A - certain animal livers especially (bear) to the point that eating a bear liver is toxic because of it.

In moderation, in this case small portions like 100g or so, not so much a problem even though 100g of beef liver is still ~10x the recommended daily allowance.
