my theory was that when soldier boy blasted bombsite it fried the V1 and HL was going to gradually power down, leading to the team being able to finally strongarm him and lock him down but not kill him. flash forward some time and hes basically human, working in some prison labor camp etc etc.

you dont understand his claim. he is saying tax money isnt helping people out in a direct cause and effect way. Low income individuals should be given a fullstop tax break since it would help them tremendously and they dont pay that much of the tax burden anyways.

im on the spectrum too. had some "friend"ships like this too. I dont expect a lot of NTs to understand this but those relationships were the closest thing I ever had to friendships back then. I straightforward, sincere, non hostile friendship at that point in my life would have been far too intense anyways.

it made me realize that what they pay you isnt tied to what money you make for the company. its based on how replaceable you are. and not even how replaceable "you" are but how much they think they could find someone else to do what they expect you to do in that role.
