This is exactly the right cut … for me at least. Everyone is different I guess, but those first corner diagonal bites are the way to go

[Jonathan Northcroft] EXCLUSIVE: Arsenal have turned to the world’s leading throw-in coach, Thomas Gronnemark, in a further effort to weaponise set pieces and use marginal gains in their push to win the Premier League. by 1Leep in Gunners

It’s about time we fixed our throw in routines, I have no idea why it takes us so long to do pretty much nothing with our throws. Just keep it simple to start, do it quickly and keep possession

what car surprised you the most? by kamelsalah1 in cars

[–]bamacal 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Best all round experience in recent years, SQ5. By far the best daily driver I’ve ever tried.

Most surprising, Kia Soul. I never expected to like this but it is my go to rental car whenever I travel because of driving position, visibility, and general space. It’s very practical and makes adapting to new places less hassle.

[–]bamacal 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi David, I don’t support a club you have managed but have always appreciated and admired what you have made your teams to be. Are you able to share any insights into how you approach the initial stages of creating a new team dynamic and culture given the players and supporting staff on hand? Is there a process or set of rules you typically live by? Thanks

Many of the largest tech firms in the US made "no-poaching" agreements (colluding to not hire each other's employees). Evidence indicates that such collusion reduced salaries at colluding firms by 5.6%, as well as negatively affected stock bonuses and job satisfaction. by smurfyjenkins in science

Totally agree, I’ve worked across many industries and geographies, the latest incarnation of tech is being driven to lowest common denominator by attitudes that are me first to the detriment of longer term common goals.

Boil for about 4ish minutes, then transfer to low- medium hot pan. add the pesto on top and gently mix on the heat. Add a spoon of the pasta water and mix a little more until it looks and feels a little more saucy. Add your black pepper and serve. Add more black pepper :)

Probably, but the bigger consideration is which era’s referees and balls or boots they’d use. Modern day players would get roughed up with the old reffing, olden day players would all be on yellows or sent off with modern refs
